• Steaks (Rib, Loin, Sirloin, Tenderloin): 20-25 lbs
• Roasts (Chuck, Rib, Sirloin, Rump): 15–20 lbs
• Ground Beef: 35–45 lbs
• Stew Meat: 5–16 lbs
• Short Ribs: 4-6 lbs
• Soup Bones: 2-3 lbs
• Misc. (Brisket, Flank, Skirt, Shank, Plate, etc.): 7–10 lbs
  

Fills approximately 6–8 cu. ft. of freezer space
