Deposit reserves your beef. The finished weight of product will determine balance owed and must be paid prior to delivery.

• Steaks (Rib, Loin, Sirloin, Tenderloin): 85–110 lbs
• Roasts (Chuck, Rib, Sirloin, Rump): 70–90 lbs
• Ground Beef: 150–190 lbs
• Stew Meat: 20–25 lbs
• Short Ribs: 15–20 lbs
• Soup Bones: 10–15 lbs
• Misc. (Brisket, Flank, Skirt, Shank, Plate, etc.): 35–45 lbs
